Jon helped me become a first time home buyer in less than 2 months. I realized Jon would be my real estate agent – because he would give me his honest opinion about any home I looked at instead of just pushing me to buy something so he could make a buck. Jon then helped me purchase a foreclosure (the hardest home there is to buy) and even though there were several other bids on the property, Jon was knowledgeable enough to tell me what we needed to offer for the house without me going bankrupt or loosing the house. He was even able to arrange for a termite inspection without me being present at the property. I took all of Jon’s advice to heart and was able to purchase the home at a really good price. When it was time to obtain financing, Jon helped me again by putting me in touch with a wonderful loan officer. I got a great interest rate with monthly mortgage payments I can afford (my mortgage is less than my rent!). Jon also has a lot of connections with contractors and all kinds of other people who can help make my home ownership experience that much better. Jonathan is a very good realtor. Once he told me that I bid to high for a property which showed that he protected my interest not just his commission. He operate using high tech. service so we don’t have to see each other just for a signature or two. I signed some documents online. My wife and I spent almost a year working with Jon. He was very patient with us throughout the entire process. He never pressured us or made us feel bad about how long the process took, but instead worked patiently with us until we successfully bought our first home. He was very perceptive and was able to sense when we had found the right place after months of searching. We are extremely grateful for his guidance and advice during what is obviously a stressful time for many. We would recommend him to anyone!

Jon helped us to find our first house which took the process for about a year. He still shows caring even on the first anniversary of settlement. We remember when we asked him about property’s location that affected our decision. He gave an excellent advise and we ended up to take his advise. We never regret! Highly recommended.
